Per vehicle, by class

Professional fleet programs price each vehicle class separately: sedans and pickups, cargo vans, box trucks, buses and shuttles, semi tractors, and trailers each carry their own per-unit rate, because each carries a different amount of surface and height. One blended "per vehicle" number across a mixed fleet hides the math; a class-by-class rate card shows it.

What moves the per-unit rate

• Fleet size: the biggest lever. Washing 40 vans in one yard visit spreads setup and travel across 40 units; washing 6 doesn't.
• Frequency: weekly and biweekly vehicles never build heavy film, so they wash faster: recurring rates price below one-time cleans.

What the per-unit price should include

Full exterior: cab or body, wheels, front-face bug and film removal, and the trailer or box sides where your brand rides. If a low rate excludes wheels or the box, it's not a lower price, it's a smaller wash.
