Car Dealership Lot & Inventory Washing in Florida

First impressions start at the curb. We keep restaurants, storefronts, plazas and office buildings clean — one-time or on a recurring schedule.

Recurring or one-timeLicensed & insuredFlexible scheduling

Here's something most washing vendors can't say: our owner runs one of the highest-volume dealerships in Central Florida. We know what a GM sees walking the front line Monday morning, what aged units cost, why the photo booth backlog matters, and exactly how much patience a dealer principal has for a vendor who blocks the service drive at 10am on a Saturday — none. Pressure Washing Titans builds inventory washing programs around how a store actually runs.

Inventory washing that respects the sales floor

Front line first, every cycle. New arrivals washed before merchandising photos. Used units refreshed before they age into a markdown conversation. We work early mornings and off-peak windows, row by row on a predictable route, without asking your porters to shuffle 300 cars or your desk to explain a blocked drive to a customer.

Florida pollen season is a program, not an emergency

Every March the calls start when the lot turns yellow. The stores that look right through pollen season are the ones on a standing wash cycle before it starts — weekly or biweekly rinse programs that keep the front line and the photo lot presentable while competitors' inventory looks abandoned. We plan pollen season in February. Read our pollen season lot washing guide.

Beyond the inventory

The building and grounds sell the store before a salesperson says a word: entrance sidewalks, showroom glass and approach, service drive concrete, dumpster corrals, and the curb appeal your OEM's facility standards actually grade. We fold facility washing into the same visit so one vendor, one schedule and one invoice covers the whole property.

Photo lot and merchandising prep

Online is the new front line — and a unit shot dirty gets reshot or gets scrolled past. We support photo-booth standards with presentation washes staged to your photographer's queue, so merchandising never waits on a dirty car.

Programs and pricing

Weekly, biweekly or monthly cycles priced per unit with volume tiers; facility add-ons priced per visit. Multi-store groups get one standard across every rooftop. We'll walk the lot, count the inventory, map the water access, and put a program in writing your controller will actually like.

Questions, answered

How often should a dealership wash its inventory?
Biweekly keeps most Florida lots front-line presentable; weekly during pollen season and for stores with aggressive photo standards. The real answer is a cycle length that keeps your oldest unwashed unit inside your presentation standard — we'll calculate it from your inventory count.
Can you wash inventory without disrupting sales operations?
That's the design constraint we build every program around. Early-morning and off-peak routes, row-by-row scheduling your team can predict, no service-drive blockage, no key requests. Your customers should only ever notice that the lot looks right.
What does dealership lot washing cost?
Per-unit pricing with volume tiers — a 300-unit biweekly program prices very differently per unit than a 60-unit monthly one. Facility washing (sidewalks, glass, service drive) adds per-visit pricing. Ask for a proposal with your unit count for exact numbers.
Do you handle both new and used lots?
Yes, and differently: new inventory gets rinse-focused presentation cycles; used units get the heavier first wash coming off the truck or the trade line, then join the standard cycle. Aged-unit refreshes before markdown reviews are a program option most used-car directors add.
Can you support our photo booth or online merchandising?
Yes — presentation washes staged to the photographer's queue so units are shot clean the first time. Clean photos move the needle on VDP engagement more than almost anything else on the page.

What customers say

★★★★★

“Got an HOA letter about the driveway. Sent them a photo, they quoted it same day, handled it that week and I forwarded the after pics to the HOA. Done deal.”

Richard T. · Ocoee
★★★★★

“Had them do the whole exterior before listing our place. Realtor said it showed like a much newer home. Roof, driveway and windows in two visits.”
