Rust Stain Removal in Orlando, FL

Orange irrigation streaks, fertilizer stains and rust rings don't pressure wash off. They need the right chemistry, and most companies don't carry it. We do.

Orange streaks down the driveway from a sprinkler head. A perfect rust ring where a plant stand sat for a year. Fertilizer speckles that turned into a constellation of orange dots. If you've tried to pressure wash any of these off, you already know the frustrating secret: rust doesn't wash off, because rust isn't dirt. It's a mineral stain bonded into the surface, and it needs dedicated chemistry, not more pressure.

Pressure Washing Titans treats rust, irrigation, fertilizer and battery stains across Orlando and Central Florida with surface-specific rust removers, applied, dwelled and neutralized properly, on concrete, pavers, stone and stucco.

Stains we remove

  • Irrigation rust from well water & sprinkler overspray
  • Fertilizer staining on driveways & walkways
  • Rust rings from furniture, grills & planters
  • Battery acid stains on garage floors & driveways
  • Metal runoff streaks below railings & fixtures
  • Orange staining on stucco & walls from sprinklers

Why this is a specialty, not an add-on

Most companies hit a rust stain with the same cold water and house mix they use on everything, watch it not move, and tell you it's permanent. Or worse, they use an aggressive acid that takes the stain out along with the top layer of your concrete. Proper rust removal means matching the treatment to the surface, testing a small area, controlling dwell time, and neutralizing so nothing keeps eating at the surface after we leave. In well-irrigated communities around Orlando, Clermont and Winter Garden, this is one of the most requested fixes we do, and one of the most satisfying, because the before-and-after is night and day.

Fix the stain and the source

Removing the stain is half the job. While we're there, we'll show you where it's coming from, usually a sprinkler head that needs a small adjustment or an irrigation system pulling heavy iron. Fix the source and the stain stays gone; seal the surface afterward and future stains wipe off instead of soaking in. We can quote paver or concrete sealing in the same visit.

What customers say

“Driveway and walkway hadn't been touched in years. They knocked it out in a morning and sent me the drone shots after. Looks like new concrete.”

Questions, answered

Why won't rust stains come off with regular pressure washing?
Rust is a mineral stain bonded into the pores of the concrete, not dirt sitting on top. Pressure alone just brightens the concrete around it and makes the orange stand out more. Removing it takes a dedicated rust treatment applied and neutralized correctly.
What causes rust stains on Florida driveways?
The big three: irrigation water with high iron content (well water especially), fertilizer granules left on concrete after lawn treatments, and metal items like furniture, grills, plant stands and battery acid drips. Golf course and well-irrigated communities see it constantly.
Can rust removal damage my concrete or pavers?
The wrong product can. Some aggressive rust removers etch concrete or burn pavers white if misapplied. We use surface-appropriate treatments, test an area first, and neutralize properly so the stain leaves and the surface stays.
Will the rust stains come back?
If the source stays, eventually yes. Redirecting a sprinkler head or moving the metal item solves it permanently, and we'll point out the source while we're there. Sealing pavers after rust removal also blocks future staining.
