How we remove it
Cold water does not release gum. We use hot water with a surface cleaner, which softens the bond and lifts the residue without gouging the concrete. On a walkway that has never been done, expect a visible difference in overall tone as well, because the same pass removes the grime around each spot. We contain and direct rinse water as part of the job.
Recurring or one-time
Some properties need a single reset before a lease-up or an inspection. Others sit on a schedule so gum never accumulates to the point where it is the first thing a customer notices. We will walk the property, count the affected area and price both options.
